- These auction's are open to the public not just ABS members although some items will be for ABS members only.
- Most goods in these auctions have been donated to raise money for the rescue service.
- Some goods are offered by company's with a percentage to go toward the rescue service (% will be specified).
- Not all goods in these auctions will have a reserve price.
- You must register on the auction page to take part. (it's free to register)
- The representation of the goods on this web site is as true and accurate as possible.

- The winning bidder will be notified by email and will then have to provide delivery instructions.
- The winning bidder will be notified by email and given payment instructions.
- The amount of the winning bid should be paid directly to the Australian Bulldog Society Inc.
- Bidders must accept these terms and conditions before their bid will be registered.
- No items from this auction will be delivered until payment has been received and cleared by the secretary of the ABS Inc.
- The closing date and time of the auction will be displayed on the auction page.
- For items that have a reserve price, if the reserve is not reached this will be displayed on the site and the auction time may be extended to allow bidders to increase their bid.
- You may make as many bids as you like
- The length of time goods are up for auction will vary depending on their value and interest in the auction.
- All care is taken but No Warranty is offered with goods that have been donated for these fund raising auctions.
